How to use this kit

Although each of us has the infinite power of the universe to heal ourselves, many times it is easier to accept support from outside ourselves, especially from mother earth herself. My intention for you is that this chakra kit will empower you to step into your Divinity + bring more flow, trust, and love into your life.

When life feels out of balance, having a stone to grab or an essential oil to spray is game changer. Having tools {like this kit} to help find harmony during moments of challenge is so helpful to be able to move through our own struggles with more ease and gracefully us to step into our own Truth + Divinity.

What do Stones + Oils do?

Crystals + essential oils are tools you can use to support your chakras and bring them into a place of harmony. Everything is made up of vibrations. Not to go into too far, but as a human, we have a specific vibrational range of frequencies. If we’re feeling sad, depressed, or anxious, then our frequency will be lower. If we’re happy, excited, or in love, then we vibrate at a higher frequency. {there have been studies done on this} Plus, each chakra in our energy system vibrates at a specific frequency.

Because both essential oils and gemstones vibrate at a specific frequency, typically in the same range as a specific chakra(s), we can use them to bring our chakras back into alignment. Let’s say you’ve gone through a heartbreak. Using an essential oil like ylang ylang or a stone like rose quartz will raise your heart’s vibration to match that of the oil/stone and will help clear any unwanted energies (that maybe aren’t even yours). In turn, this offers a sense of lightness, comfort, and harmony.

What are Essential Oils?

The plant kingdom has been used for centuries to assist the physical body, emotional state, and connection to Spiritual Source. Not to mention, modern science has seen incredible benefits of essential oils at a cellular level. Basically, not only do they smell amazing, they also support the body at a cellular level, from the inside out.

The essential oils I use are of highest purity, without adulteration or filler, sourced ethically, sustainably, and fairly. {Learn more about the oils I use and why I choose doTERRA} A true and pure essential oil comes directly from the plant’s roots, bark, leaves, seeds, petals, peels, and more. Plus, it contains no alcohols, synthetics, or other fillers to “enhance” the oil. Essentially {pun intended}, they work as the immune system for the plant to protect it from outside threats and is one reason why they work so seamlessly in our bodies too.

Crystals + Stones:

Because Crystals + gemstones have such high frequencies, simply setting an intention when you’re near them can have a profound effect on your health. Use them by simply gazing at them, holding them, or placing them on the body where you are needing healing.

For instance, when you feel life is chaotic or you know you’ll be around a person or situation that is negative, then choose the green octahedron flourite. It is perfect to hold in your hands, lie down and place over your heart space, set it on your desk, or just put it in your pocket to feel it. Repeat a mantra like “I love” and remind yourself there is order in the chaos and negativity is transmutes to Light + Love.
