    The Solar Plexus Chakra is all your identity and who you are in relation to the outside world. How you perceive + present your power and have the willpower to “do”. It’s developed around the age of 2 when you begin to say “mine”. This is also a power regulator for the entire energy system.

    What does a Balanced Solar Plexus Chakra look like?

    How To Balance Your Third Chakra

      Visualize a flame in the center of the belly creating heat, energizing you, and boosting your metabolism.

      Trataka meditation – focus your gaze on a flame

    • Location: About 3″ above navel up to the lower tip of breastbone

      Place your palms face-up on your thighs. Touch the tips of the thumbs, index fingers, and ring fingers together, straightening through the pinky and middle fingers.
    • Opens: front + back.
    • Pair: Throat Chakra
    • Yoga Poses: Boat, locust, twists, breath of fire, ujayii pranayama, uddiyana bandha

      Lying down, place the stone over your solar plexus + meditate + visualize yellow/joy. Or place them in a place you look at often. Hold them in your pocket

      Rub on feet or spray from crown of the head down and over the body.
    • Affirmations: “I can” “I am worthy” “I am the source of my own power” “I am confident”
      Repeat several times. especially when you feel in lack.
